Wonderful place in a historical atmosphere. Located in the middle of the beautiful town center of Merklingen, it offers an interesting menu with delicious and sometimes changing dishes. Nice, small menu, food is delicious, the Zwiebelrostbraten almost a tick too raw, but better than to go through. Ambiance is great, in the old half-timbered house with the large tiled stove in the middle of the room. Only that you have to go through the smoking area to get into the dining room, a little misleading the overall picture. Yes, probably can not be solved otherwise, but personally worth a star deduction. Nevertheless, of course, recommended and we will gladly come again.
